I'm Edyta,
nice to meet you.
My name can be pronounced like Adidas with no ’s', and I'm a UX Designer who's ready to hit the ground running.
How I got started
It all started when I was furloughed from my job due to the global pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2.
With all that time on hand, it allowed me to reflect on what it is I want to be doing with my life. While the position was great and I had wonderful co-workers, I was ready to pursue a career that challenges me more, allows me to problem solve, and also empathize with others.
I connected with my brother-in-law, a thermal engineer at Apple, and asked about different positions in the tech world that could fit the bill. He suggested I look into User Experience Design. After I did some research I realized he was correct, this was the path I knew I needed to take.
What do I do when I'm not working?
If you can't find me at my computer I'm either spending time with my family, taking our dog on adventures, trying to keep my plants alive doing puzzles, or attempting to learn how to code.
If I'm taking time off for myself, you can find me traveling with my husband around Texas, to Chicago, or the best Hawaiian Island - Kauai.
